There are some cracking Irish and Scottish Whiskeys out there. If you are a connoisseur then we would love to hear from you! Invite a couple of friends, and make this forum your own place of sanctuary!

I love whisky. The first couple of glasses I enjoy, but cannot describe in any meaningful detail of what I am tasting. The only connoisseur aspect of drinking whisky I have managed to perfect, is the non-burning of the throat, and waking up in the morning realising that there is only an inch left in the bottle! Why has Jamesons like doubled in price within the last couple of years????
